If you need to request support for a Sony product you purchased from us, you can do so as follows:

To request support for Sony products, please contact Sony’s technical support team.
This can be done by phone or via email in English. Please provide the following information:
• Customer name + address or reference
• Model number
• Serial number
• Description of the issue
• Any photos (if applicable)
• Proof of purchase (invoice)
