Who Will You Work With?
As a Purchasing and Operations Coördinator, you will work closely with the Business Manager and the Product Manager EU. Additionally, you will regularly communicate with colleagues across various European countries, the Warehouse team, and external partners such as suppliers and freight forwarders. Together, we ensure that our inventory management processes run smoothly and that our customers always have access to the products they need.
Your Responsibilities
- As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Midwich Group’s centralised inventory model. Your tasks include:
- Procurement Management: Performing administrative tasks to support purchasing, coordinating purchase orders for stock, and managing the ERP system. Ensuring a standardised SKU structure and accurate inventory allocation.
- Operations: Collaborating with the Warehouse team to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. Managing the inbound booking process, lead times, and customs clearance. Ensuring proper documentation and assisting in the management of repairs and PDI test results.
- Reporting & Analysis: Preparing daily reports on stock and batch management, and supporting the optimisation of inventory usage and logistics processes.
Your Profile
- HBO working and thinking level.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within product or inventory management.
- Experience in warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Knowledge of UC&C, AV & IT solutions, and the market.
- Strong command of both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- Experience with an ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
- You have strong analytical skills, work in a structured and precise manner.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team, taking the initiative to improve processes.
- Flexible and able to switch effectively between different tasks.

- A salary between €3,500 and €4,500, depending on experience.
