We are looking for a versatile HR Officer who, together with our People & Culture Manager, will ensure a smooth HR organisation. From recruitment and selection to absenteeism management, from HR projects to being a listening ear for colleagues – you're comfortable handling it all. What will you be doing?
- Acting as the point of contact for HR-related questions from employees
- Supporting recruitment & selection and onboarding of new colleagues
- Guiding absenteeism processes and handling administrative HR tasks
- Assisting with HR projects
- Ensuring accurate payroll administration in collaboration with our external partner
- Keeping our personnel information system and HR policy up to date
- Contributing to the professionalization and optimization of HR processes and policies
What do you bring?
- At least 2 years of experience in a broad HR role
- Knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR processes
- Experience with AFAS is a plus
- A proactive and independent work ethic – you see what needs to be done
- A positive mindset, enthusiasm, and the drive to further strengthen HR

- A salary between €2,750 and €3,750 based on a full-time contract, depending on experience
- A part-time role of 24 hours per week
- 25 vacation days based on a full-time contract and the option to purchase 5 extra days
