Will you be our new Financial employee?

As a Financial Administrator, you are the essential link in the financial process. You play a key role in managing the accounts payable administration, ensuring that all incoming invoices are processed and paid correctly and on time. You work closely with different departments to ensure smooth financial operations. You don't shy away from challenges and always ensure efficient completion of tasks. Whether you're processing purchase invoices or meeting a deadline for bank processing, you keep your cool and always deliver top-quality work.


What will you be doing?
  • Processing and checking incoming invoices
  • Processing bank transactions
  • Preparing and executing payments
  • Preparing tax returns, including intra-stat returns
  • Managing the accounts payable administration
  • Maintaining relationships with suppliers
  • Resolving any invoice discrepancies and disputes
  • Supporting month-end and year-end closings
  • Actively contributing to process improvements within the finance department
What are we looking for?
  • MBO-4 work and thinking level in a financial direction
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with operational tasks related to bank bookings, accounts payable, and/or general ledger administration
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Accurate, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • A sense of responsibility with a focus on efficient financial handling
  • Good communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Preferably experience with Microsoft Office and knowledge of Unit4 Wholesale Kerridge
