As an Administrative Buyer at Van Domburg Partners, you play an important role in supporting our internal processes while helping to keep both colleagues and customers happy.

Where will you be working?
Van Domburg Partners is the largest value-added distributor of audiovisual solutions in the Benelux and part of the international Midwich Group. You will join a professional yet informal working environment where development, collaboration and enjoyment are at the heart of what we do.

What will you be doing?
  • Managing and keeping product data up to date in our ERP system
  • Creating and updating products
  • Communicating with suppliers regarding delivery times, product information and purchasing queries
  • Collaborating with internal departments such as Logistics, Sales and Finance
  • Processing price changes and maintaining price lists
  • Supporting reporting and analysis for the purchasing and business management teams
  • With your eye for detail and proactive attitude, you ensure that our processes continue to run efficiently and smoothly.

What do you bring to the role?
  • MBO/HBO level of education or equivalent experience, preferably in an administrative or commercial field
  • You work accurately, in a structured manner, and enjoy bringing order to complex processes
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good command of both Dutch and English
  • Affinity with AV & IT, Logistics or Supply Chain is a strong plus

  • A salary between €2,750 and €3,500 per month, depending on experience
