What will you be doing?

• First point of contact for customers and colleagues regarding deliveries and changes 
• Processing orders in our ERP system and ensuring smooth logistical handling 
• Communicating with resellers, Account Managers, and Finance for price and margin adjustments 
• Suggesting improvements for more efficient processes

What are we looking for?

• MBO+ level of work and thinking 
• At least 3 years of experience in a commercial support role 
• Affinity with the AV & IT market 
• Proficient in Dutch and English 
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
