What will you do?
- Proactively contact customers to maintain relationships and discover new opportunities
- Support Account Managers in preparing quotes and processing customer requests
- Manage incoming customer queries and ensure prompt and accurate responses
- Resolve customer issues and contribute to customer satisfaction
- Temporarily take over tasks from the Account Manager in case of absence
- Building in-depth product knowledge to advise customers optimally
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and flexibly respond to team needs
- Ensure accurate sales forecasts and projections
What are we looking for?
- MBO+ working and thinking level
- At least 3 years' experience in a commercial or support role
- Affinity with the AV & IT market
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
