Technical Support Specialist for DJI Professional Drones
Where will you be working?

Which colleagues will you work with?
Within the team, you will work closely with the Business Unit Manager and Sales Manager for DJI Professional drones and report to the Sales Manager.
What are your duties?
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing training and technical advice to resellers and end users. You will develop and maintain relationships with key end-users and partners within the ecosystem. In addition, you will be engaged in the preparation of case studies of drone applications in various industries.
As far as we are concerned, what do you need to do this successfully?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably within the drone or UAV industry
- Strong affinity with new technologies, especially drones
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Experience in data collection and analysis is required
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365 and experience with ERP systems is a plus
